Week 18th – 24th January 2026
1. Next Sunday 25th January, we celebrate the Day of the Word of God. This was established by Pope Francis for the third Sunday in January. On every first Friday of the month, our parish holds prayer meetings on the readings of that Sunday, to better understand and venerate the Word of God.
2. Monday after the 7am Mass, “Good morning with Mons Victor Grech”, his past sermons and recorded messages.
3. Every Wednesday, at 12 noon, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the Chapel opposite the church.
4. The Parish 2026 Calendar is available for distribution. Those who would like to help out with distribution in their street or neighbourhood are kindly asked to speak to someone from the secretariat. Near the entrance doors there are calanders for anyone who wish to take. Any donation towards the offset of the high printing costs will be very welcome.
5. The publication “MY DAILY GOSPEL” has arrived, at €4.25.
6. If anyone would like to donate hampers or food items, please leave them near the main church door. All food donated during the festive period was passed on to families in need.
1. Nhar il-Ħadd 25 ta' Jannar, se niċċelebraw Jum il-Kelma t'Alla. Dan il-jum twaqqaf mill-Papa Franġisku kull 3 Ħadd ta' Jannar. Fil-Parroċċa tagħna, kull l-ewwel gimgha tax-xaghar, ikonna tagħlim fuq il-qari tal-Hadd, biex aktar nifmu u nqimu l-Kelma t'Alla.
2. Kull nhar ta’ Tnejn wara l-quddiesa tas-7am, 30 minuta “L-Għodwa t-tajba ma Mons Victor Grech”, omeliji u messaggi irrekordati.
3. Fil-Kappella tal-Adorazzjoni quddiem il-knisja parrokkjali, adorazzjoni kull nhar ta’ Erbgħa f’nofs in-nhar (12.00).
4. Il-Kalendarju tal-Parrocca għall-2026 lest biex jitqassam. Dawk li jistgħu jgħatuna daqqa t-id fit-tqassim, fit-triq jew inħawi tagħhom, huma mitlubin ikellmu lil xi ħadd mis-Segretarjat. Ħdejn il-bibien tal Knisja hemm kalandarji għal min irid jieħu minhom. Napprezzaw kull donazzjoni għall-ispiża għolja tal-istampar tal-kalendarju. Nirringrawkom.
5. Waslu l-kotba “MY DAILY GOSPEL” li qed jinbiegħu €4.25.
6. Jekk xi ħadd għandu xi hampers li mhux se jiġu ikkunsmati jista’ jgħaddihom il-parroċċa u jitqassmu lil dawk il-familji fil-bżonn.
