Week 1st – 7th February 2026
1. Sunday, 1st February, the special collection is for the parish expenses. Your generosity is much appreciated.
2. Sunday 1st February, being the first Sunday of the month, there will be communal adoration at 3pm, in the Adoration Chapel.
3. Every Monday after the 7am Mass, “Good morning with Mons Victor Grech”, his past sermons and recorded messages.
4. Every Wednesday, at 12 noon, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the Chapel opposite the church.
5. Thursday, 5th February, is the first anniversary of Mons Victor Grech’s death. The Ibrag Parish, in collaboration with the Swieqi Local Council and Caritas, is holding a commemoration programme, starting with 8.00am Mass, and concluding with evening mass and other events. The full programme is on the notice board and the Ibrag Parish Facebook.
6. On Friday, 6th February, there will be the monthly prayer meeting on the Word of God, in the parish hall, from 7-7.45pm.
7. This month’s Parish outing is on Thursday 12th February, visiting Senglea and the Redeemer statue (ir-Redentur). Transport leaves at 8.30am in front of the church. Bookings by Monday 9th February.
8. Sponsor Club: As many of you know, proceeds from the Sponsors Club assist the parish in its annual expenditure on maintenance, utilities, running costs and other pastoral activities. Current members will receive a renewal form by email or in the post. Forms are also available near the church doors for those who would like to join.
9. Pilgrimage to Fatima – 10-17th September 2026. More information from Fr Brian.
10. The Parish 2026 Calendar: those who would like to help with distribution in their street or neighbourhood are kindly asked to speak to a member of the secretariat.
Near the Church doors, calendars are available for collection. Any donation to offset the high printing costs will be very welcome.
11. If anyone would like to donate hampers or food items, please leave them near the main church door. All food donated during the festive period was passed on to families in need.

1. Il-Ħadd, 1 ta’ Frar, huwa l-ewwel Ħadd tax-xahar. Fit-3pm ser issir siegħa adorazzjoni fil-kappella tal-adorazzjoni.
2. Il-ġabra speċjali ta’ dan il-weekend hija għall-bzonnijiet tal-parroċċa. Grazzi ħafna tal-generosita tagħkom.
3. Kull nhar ta’ Tnejn wara l-quddiesa tas-7am, 30 minuta “L-Għodwa t-tajba ma Mons Victor Grech”, omeliji u messaggi irrekordati.
4. Fil-Kappella tal-Adorazzjoni quddiem il-knisja parrokkjali, adorazzjoni kull nhar ta’ Erbgħa f’nofs in-nhar (12.00).
5. Il-Hamis, 5 ta’ Frar, huwa l-ewwel anniversarju mill-mejt ta’ Mons Victor Grech. Il-Parrocca Ibrag, b’kollaborazzjoni mal-Kunsill Lokali tas-Swieqi u Caritas, ser jaghmel programm ta’ kommemorazzjoni, li jibda b’quddiesa fit-8.00am, u jikkonkludi b’quddiesa u program iehor filghaxija. 6. Nhar il-Gimgħa 6 ta’ Frar, issir il-laqgħa fuq il-Kelma t'Alla, bejn is-7pm u s-7.45pm fis-Sala Parrokkjali. Inħeggukom tattendu.

8. Sponsors Club: Kif hafna minnkom jafu, il-fondi miġbura mill-iSponsors Club huma ta’ għajnuna kbira lill-parroċċa ghall-spejjez ta’ manteniment u attivitajiet tal-parroċċa. Dawk li huma abbonati mal-iSponsors Club ser jirċievu formula d-dar biex iġeddu l-abbonament. Hemm formoli wkoll ħdejn il-bibien tal-knisja.
9. Pellegrinaġ għal Fatima: 10 – 17 ta’ Settembru, 2026. Aktar informazzjoni mingħand il-Kappilan.
10. Il-Kalendarju tal-Parrocca għall-2026 lest biex jitqassam. Dawk li jistgħu jgħatuna daqqa t-id fit-tqassim, fit-triq jew inħawi tagħhom, huma mitlubin ikellmu lil membru tas-Segretarjat. Ħdejn il-bibien tal Knisja hemm kalendarji għal min irid jieħu minhom. Napprezzaw kull donazzjoni għall-ispiża għolja tal-istampar tal-kalendarju.
11. Jekk għandkom hampers li mhux se jiġu ikkunsmati tistghu tgħadduhom il-parroċċa u jitqassmu lill-familji fil-bżonn.
